At IESE, students and participants follow the case study to learn how to view business issues from numerous angles and challenge their underlying beliefs. After individual preparation, they work in teams to analyze, discuss and propose solutions to hundreds of real-life business scenarios. The approach opens up a dynamic forum where students discover new perspectives and broaden their understanding of core leadership issues.
